Furcraea macdougalli – MacDougall s Century Plant Sale

Description
Furcraea macdougalli
MacDougall s Century Plant has long, grey-green sword-like leaves that form a basal rosette until it reaches maturity when it will start forming a thick trunk. Looking like a dramatically tall and narrow-leafed Agave, this Furcraea can be used as a singular specimen, mass planted or containerized for a minimalistic effect. False Agave is clean,-looking adaptable, and drought tolerant. Their leaves do have sharp, cat-claw-like teeth on the margins, so take care not to plant them away from high-traffic areas. Easy to grow.Â
Exposure Full sun, to part or filtered sun
Grows to 12-20 feet high and 6-8 feet wide
Hardiness Zone 9-11
