The glossy dark green leaves of Green Giant Agave can grow to be 7ft long and 1ft wide. Large marginal teeth and a 2-inch long terminal spine on these plants add to its dramatic appearance. Don’t be shy about giving this plant some space in the landscape. Growing into a large specimen will not take as long as you think. Green Giant will accept and utilize more water if it gets it, but only with well-draining soil.
