Ground Morning Glory is a very useful perennial ground cover or border specimen. Not a true morning glory, but its small, similar-shaped blooms yield this common name. Low-growing evergreen perennial, its trailing branches hold hairy, round, green-gray leaves. Small trumpet-shaped flowers that have a pleasing lavender-blue color. Easy to grow. Prefers average, but well-draining soils. Good for slope stabilization, containers, and wall plantings.
