Use 1-2 teaspoons of Bee Pollen daily, Bee Pollen is a very flexible product to add to your life, you can use it in almost anything. Love the taste, eat it plain or add to the top of your favourite foods. Not the flavour for you, try to disguise it in a smoothie?

 Swallow 1-2 teaspoons daily with water
 Add 1-2 teaspoons on top off your yogurt, cereal, muesli or granola
 Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Bee Pollen into your daily smoothie or protein shake
 Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons on your toast along with your favourite toppings
 Mix 1 -2 teaspoons with honey for extra benefits
